Building a Foundation: Dr. Jack J. Brill, D.O.
Driven by a passion for learning, Jack J. Brill, D.O., dedicated his life to medical education. His vision and tireless efforts were instrumental in establishing the Graduate Medical Education program at St. John Medical Center in Westlake, Ohio. This program quickly earned the hospital a reputation as an exceptional training ground for medical students, interns, and residents pursuing careers in primary care.
With a deep belief in helping patients achieve complete wellness, Dr. Brill was a staunch supporter of osteopathic medicine. He worked tirelessly to advance the study and practice of osteopathic medicine at St. John Medical Center. Thanks to Dr. Brill’s dedication, St. John Medical Center now hosts the only osteopathic program in Western Cleveland.

The West Shore Osteopathic Foundation is dedicated to continuing the advancement of osteopathic medicine, just as Dr. Brill envisioned. Under the leadership of its president, John J. Wolf, D.O., FACOFP, the WSOF has developed numerous programs and events aimed at furthering the education and practice of osteopathic medicine.
